Resetting Motorola  Q9 windows mobile, same as the moto Q8 on the previous post, may cause additional data stored in the phone memory is lost, it must be backed up first every want to do a reset.         This can be done if the mobile phone in an error condition such as hangs in starting up, operate slowly, or un accessible menu.         Steps to do a hard reset is very easy, first turn off the phone, make sure that the Battre power is full, press E + Z + Power on button (picture beside the green marked), keep the three buttons pressed until you get motorola logo on lcd. Wait until the phone restarts automatically.

Simple step to Bootloader Moto Q9

To day I will share about how to get into flash mode motorola, that is called bootloader.               Bootloader definition on the moto Q9 is same as the moto Q8 bootloader that I've posted previously, that is a way to get into "flash mode" that is the position where the phone is ready for the flashing process.         For Moto Q9 bootloader simply by pressing * + # + Power on button (picture beside the green marked).         When the LCD screen has appeared in white text, it means that have been entered into the bootloader mode and flashing mobile phones ready to process. What should be remembered that the condition Battre power should be full, so that no fatal damage occurs when the flashing process.         Flashing Moto Q9 is usually a last option as well as the motto Q8 before a soft reset or hard reset to resolve the error on the mobile phone. So do it carefully and cautiously as well.

Email setup Moto Q

        To setup email on the Moto Q is easy relatively, all we need are an active email accounts and mobile connection is activated (gprs) which I have already discussed how to setting gprs moto Q on previous post.

        After having both these requirements, then just follow the steps below : 

1. Press Start menu / messaging / new email account

2. Your Email Source select "Other "

3. Press next

4. Your Email Provider select "Other"(POP /IMAP )

5. Press next

6. Fill with Your name, Email address than press next

7. Wait for connecting until finish

8. Press next

9. Write your email user name,password than select next

10.Server type select POP3 or IMAP4 depending on your email account if yahoo select IMAP4, account name select "Other" (POP3/IMAP), network select "The Internet "

11.Press next few times until "download" option is appear

12.Press next until " Setup complete "

13.Press finish

        Now your phone can receive email, so you can read that one from your moto Q, easy right?

If still not working, make sure you wrote email address, user name, password correctly. And also check point 10, change beetwen POP3 and IMAP4 choices. Good Luck.........

Setup GPRS on Moto Q

        Moto Q(GSM) have windows mobile operating system and qwerty keyboard, this smart phone has a lot of features, one of which I will discuss now is GPRS.
Ok follow this step :
Press Start menu / setting / connections ( and you'll see dial-up, gprs, proxy, usb to pc menu ) than you must fill each menu with the operator parameter correctly.

A. dial up :

1. Description >>>( up to you)

2. Connects to >>> The internet

3. phone Number >>> 333

4. User name >>> (the operator parameter)

5.password>>> (the operator parameter)

6.Domain >>> blank

press DONE

B. GPRS :

1. Description >>> (up to you but must be different from point A)

2. connets to >>> The Internet

3. acces point >>> (the operator parameter)

4. user name >>> (the operator parameter)

5. password >>> (the operator parameter)

6.authentication type >>> none

7.Primary DNS >>> 0.0.0.0

8.Secondary DNS >>> 0.0.0.0

9. IP Address : blank

press DONE

C.Proxy

1. Description >>> (up to you but must be different from point A and B)

2. connect from >>> the internet

3.connect to >>> WAP network

4. Proxy >>> xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy (the operator parameter x = proxy : y = port)

5. type >>> WAP

6.User name >>> blank

7. Password>>> blank

press done

        Ok....finish, try to browsing from your moto Q, if the connection is not accessible, make sure that the setting is correct or contact the operator services and service center.
