| Perform a Hard Reset on your HTC Droid Eris will clear all data and settings off the device. You must back up your important data first. Make sure the battre power is full and follow the steps below : 1. Turn the phone off, then press and hold the Volume Down and Send buttons. 2. Press the Power button. 3.
